Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

We can only accept returns if the item is in the same condition in which it was delivered. Please ensure all items received match your order and report any discrepancy immediately. All returns must be received within 7 working days of order.

N.B We cannot accept items for return if they have been worn or tried on for health and safety reasons. If you find an item to be faulty then it must be reported immediately and returned to us within 7 working days in order to exchange the item or receive a refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
