Bought this product for my dad after he was told he had to wear full length compression socks. He had great difficulty in keeping the stockings up and they were always falling down around his knees…so bad one day that when he went to get up he fell over as the stockings had compressed the blood flow. He then stopped wearing the stockings…after doing some research I came across Coletex Skin Adhesive and got my dad to give it a go….brilliant results…the stockings are worn all day and no issues…and my dad is an active man…He has been wearing them for months now and the hospital are very happy…I would highly recommend this product..just wish the hospital or HSE had informed us that such a product was available. The product is easy for my dad to put on and take off as well which is important.

I bought this product after being told that I had to wear Compression stockings all day every day. When i first got the stocking they were impossible to keep up , I found that a little Coletex Skin Adhesive applied to the legs before zipping up the stockings worked a treat and they stayed up all the time.

I would highly recommend this product

On my first week with the coltex adhesive, previously using silicon grip top stockings, but during warmer weather my legs perspire and cause skin irritation, red blotches and itching, very uncomfortable. Asked my surgery for advise as I am on prescription and recommended a stocking without grip top and a suspender belt ugh! not an option as I have a stoma, Did some googling and came up with the coltex, had a couple of issue but I think mainly down to lack of experience than the coltex. All seems good keeping up touch wood!
